A real favorite for this novel that I absolutely recommend reading.
The narrator is Jean Louise Finch, Scout said. She is only 9 years old during the incident but it tells us how was his life before, during and after the trial that his father defends a black person for raping a white woman.
She and her brother live with their father Atticus, about fifty years. It is their Cal servant if you can not say governess who manages the house and raising children as if it were his own.
I must admit that the start was a long because I was wondering when the time comes that we would finally come to the center of the story because I was not expecting that much had to wait for it to arrive ( after 80 pages). But if the Scout wishes to tell us about his life before this case, it is also for us to understand how her brother and she were high, then talk about some traits of some members of the family.
should know that the story takes place in America in the 30s, when the crisis. Differences in backgrounds and cultures (from one side are those people of color, the other "white") are felt during the narration. But when arriving to the case that defends Atticus that Scout will now hear for the first phrases she never heard it and ask them to be even stronger than usual, try with his words to explain certain situations ...
